Dentists say that
the minimum time you should spend brushing your teeth
is 2 minutes twice a day. With the 60 Second
Time Machine, testing shows that 1 minute, twice a day is all that’s
needed for proper cleansing. Here are some tips on how to brush
properly:
- Hold
your brush at a 45-degree angle against your gumline. Gently brush
(hard scrubbing may cause receding gums, tooth sensitivity, and over
time, loose teeth) from where the tooth and gum meet to the chewing
surface in short (about half-a-tooth-wide) strokes.
The TimeMachine has brush heads already
angled at the above recommended 45-degree angle.
- Use
the same method to brush all outside and inside surfaces of your teeth.
TimeMachine reaches all surfaces at once!
- To clean the chewing surfaces
of your teeth, use short sweeping strokes, tipping the bristles into
the pits and crevices. TimeMachine brushes
rotate and at a gentle 400rpm and bristles are angled to reach pits
and crevices. The blue, inside brushes are positioned to reach flat,
chewing surfaces.
- To clean the inside surfaces
of your top and bottom front teeth and gums, hold the brush almost
vertical. With back and forth motions, bring the front part of the
brush over the teeth and gums. Notice how
the patented brush heads on the TimeMachine do all of this … at once!
- Use an egg timer or play a favorite
song while brushing your teeth to get used to brushing for
a full 2 to 3 minutes. A built-in 60 second
timer assures proper time spent. And, testing by dentists at a leading dental college shows
that because of the specially engineered, patented TimeMachine brush
heads, one minute does the job as well as 2 or 3 minutes with ordinary
manual or power toothbrushes.
