KIDGENICS CREATES WEARABLE TOOTH ART
New Tooth Tat 2’s Combine Wholesome Self Expression with Good Oral Hygiene

CULVER CITY, CA - KidGenics, a leader in children's oral hygiene, introduces Tooth Tat 2's, a new dental care product disguised as decorative tooth art for kids. KidGenics, maker of the best selling 60 Second Time Machine electric toothbrushes for children, creates Tooth Tat 2's as a natural extension of its ongoing commitment to provide an entertaining approach to good oral hygiene among kids.

Tooth Tat 2's are a temporary, peel-on, brush-off decorative appliqué that are placed on clean dental surfaces. They come in an assortment of four packages: Love Pac, Friendship Pac, X-Pac and Yuk Pac. Each packet includes 16 Tat 2's and retails for $2.99. Individual designs range from happy faces, hearts, peace signs and "holes" to black teeth, spiders, eyeballs and aliens.

Developed by dentists, manufactured from completely safe, food grade materials, Tooth Tat 2's encourage brushing. "Research shows that most children brush once a day, maximum," says Loren Krok, executive vice president of KidGenics and its parent company Oralgiene USA. "The Tooth Tat 2's encourage twice a day brushing and require a clean dental surface to adhere, therefore kids need to do a thorough job of cleaning their teeth to wear them." Tooth Tat 2's last up to 24 hours on teeth and are easily removed by brushing.

According to Krok, Tooth Tat 2's have tested very well. "Kids love making a 'statement' with the designs on their teeth. While our core target are kids 7 to 10-years-old, we expect Tat 2's to be of interest to ''tweens' as well as younger kids aspiring to emulate their siblings."

Krok recommends the Tooth Tat 2's for everyday fun or for holidays and special occasions such as Halloween as an alternative to giving out candy, or at Christmas as stocking stuffers. They can also be distributed as party favors, enclosed in cards and letters to children, or even in Valentines.
